Looking for affordable neighborhoods

Hey yall, me and my best friend are moving back to Florida after I graduate nursing school and we’re looking for cute and affordable neighborhoods to move to. We will be selling our home near Chicago so we will have a decent downpayment to start with on top of good paying careers. Neighborhoods with good hospitals are preferred not I’m okay with traveling for work.
