Kids wearing all white shirts at beach?

I was just at the fort lauderdale beach like at 10 pm just relaxing, and a bunch of highschoolers wearing all white t shirts came onto the beach and one of them started blowing up fireworks way too close to people on the beach on purpose. Just curious who they are.

They also had some adult photographer im assuming, that wore a maga hat and was yelling a lot. We had to leave when that same kid kept screaming im going to put it on aka the firework besides someone sitting down.
