Is there anyone in the area who handles Uber accidents?

My Ub͏er driver got into an accident a few days ago, and now I’m having the hardest time getting in touch with a real person from Uber. The app just keeps redirecting me in circles. I wasn’t driving; I was literally just a passenger, but now I’m dealing with back pain and don’t know what steps I’m supposed to take. Did anyone else have trouble contacting Uber after a crash?
