International arrivals in terminal 4 @ FLL

I haven’t been through Terminal 4 in years — I usually fly in and out of Terminal 2 now — but this time Im using Porter Airlines and heard that Terminal 4 has changed a lot for international travelers. I’ve seen mixed things online and Google has been zero help.

So I’m trying to see if anyone has flown into FLL Terminal 4 recently? Specifically for international travelers:
