In search of apartments in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Hey everyone! I am hoping you can help me narrow in on places I should seriously consider to live. I am mainly looking in the Las Olas/Flagler area but open to recommendations outside of that area.

I am looking for a luxury building with a lot amenities, nice pool and views. Must haves are a good gym or close to a great a gym as I like workout everyday but if I have to drive far to the gym I suddenly don’t care that much about my health.

I’d like a 1bd/1bt 650+ sqft minimum with balcony and in unit laundry, comfortable up to $3200/month.

I know I can search online and see what apartments fit that mold but I’m really looking for personal experience with living at these various places and what you would recommend after touring places or living in a building in the area.

I am planning to take a trip in 2 weeks to tour places and would like your recommendations on where I should focus my efforts so I don’t waste time as I will only be there for a few days to visit places.
