If you lived here in the 80s/90s

I realize this is a long shot but it’s worth a try. A family friend was raised in the area & lived here until the early 2000s. (He’s 70 now). He raves about a cafe called Charcuterie that was in/near the library. He was a regular patron and loved these zucchini muffins that were baked & sold there. I’d love to recreate the recipe for him somehow. Apparently they were quite special & very unique. Does anyone know of these muffins or know who the owner was? Any help is appreciated.
