I'm a Colombian-American coming down for a family reunion, how aggressive is ICE and local law enforcement regarding arresting citizens?

I'm coming down for a family reunion in a few weeks and the news hasn't been good regarding the amount of arrests in Florida against Undocumented. I don't have a real ID, so my wife and I are bringing a US passport. My parents have been naturalized ages ago. I don't look Caucasian at all, but wife is super Nordic with sandy hair (pink, sandy, and black). We've been really afraid that going to Florida would guarantee me being racially profiled. I don't know if it's so bad that I should cancel my trip.
