Homeless

Coming from the NE, we are used to it; but there’s been a homeless man camped out on the bench back in Victoria Park for weeks now - does everyone in this area in their million dollar homes just not care or bat an eye? Curious. I live downtown and we’ve had others set fire to our apartment building trash cans and find ways in and roam our hallways. Last week we had one sleeping in our dog park. Is it just a free for all?
