Hi. I’m a northerner thinking about spending 4-6 weeks next winter.

I imagine there are people who supplement income by renting out to snowbirds for a little bit each year, maybe while visiting family. I’m flexible on timing, preferably between late January and mid-March.

Where would be the best place to connect with people like that? What are the catches or pitfalls I’m not thinking of?
