Help me find Chase a home

This is Chase and he is five years old. He’s a really sweet pup with tons of energy. He has separation anxiety and due to covid he wasn’t able to be socialized properly. I’m looking to give him away to a good home. We really don’t want to send him to the humane society. My sister got a new job that requires a lot of traveling, and she won’t be able to take care of him anymore. Please help me find him a home.

Edit: Chase is a Maltese Poo he’s about 15-25 pounds. He has anxiety but not aggressive just nervous. He has a ton of energy and would be great for a family with kids. He loves to cuddle and enjoys long walks. He’s good with other dogs as well. Only time we’ve seen signs of “aggression” is at the groomer due to a traumatic experience. He’s never bitten anyone
