have a prime retail store fron sitting empty

long story short rented out a retail storefront and did some renos to it. eventually it will be a luxury handbag consignment store.

waiting on my visa to be able to stay in the US longer than 6 months as a Canadian.

Anyone have ideas or want to pitch me on something to put the gorgeous space to use in the mean time? cant be food related. Its lcoated in Oakland Park / Wilton Manors area
