Found near Pompano Beach Pier

I was walking this morning as I do almost every morning all around the beach, up and down the walkways, the pier, and just wherever I feel like walking around or exploring on that day. Well today I am walking my dog and I happen to be walking past a restaurant called Baresco (which is directly across from the Fisher Family Pier) in Pompano Beach and I see a locket (that would go on a necklace I presume) on the ground. I pick it up to check it out, and I see that there's a picture of a woman (that seems to be quite worn and tattered) on one side and then you can turn that picture over and on the other side is a photo of a very distinguished looking gentleman, whose photo was in much, much better shape than the other one. I picked up the locket, it seems like it may be sentimental for someone's anniversary present, maybe it's someone's trashnthat they threw out the window I'm not sure but either way I have done my due diligence on trying to return the to
