Financial support for Mr. Roseliano's operation

I, Roseliano Villegas Venezuelan, 68 years old, will undergo in July 2025, in the peripheral hospital of Coche, an operation and reconstruction of knees, because I have four special wires to fix the kneecap, due to a fracture in the year 2021. The wires will be removed in this operation.
