Does anyone live in these high rises and what has been your experience? Overnight doorman, homeless on property, riddled with dog waste, Gen Z parties until 2am, competent management, elevators? - genuinely seeking a bulding that calls itself luxury and safe, and actually provides that living experience. 10x has been awful.
