Does anyone know how I can speak with the higher ups at the ritz carlton?

I just went through an interview process the day before my birthday. I was called back the same day to do a second interview. I then said I would be happy to do a second interview the day after my birthday on the phone. It was scheduled for 12:00, I was there waiting for an hour and a half for my interview. The woman who interviewed me came out and told me that the other woman who was supposed to do my interview was sick and she has been sick since yesterday and we would have to reschedule. I’m wondering why that couldn’t have been a phone call. I then said I would be able to do monday but realized I would have to uber (my boyfriend will be at work) and I don’t think it’s wise to spend $50 just to get there. So I tell her in person I’d have to do another day. She then tells me she would have the other manager call me back. I then receive an email today saying they will not be moving forward. I have years of experience being a room service runner and working at various high end hotels. I feel like it’s so unprofessional on their end to make me wait for hours when a simple phone call would have allowed me to actually enjoy my birthday and be able to not waste the whole day afterwards. I would like to share this experience with the higher ups. Please do not comment if you have any negativity against me. thank you
