Community cat with eye infections

Hi, at Gulfstream Park Delray beach, in the parking area (next to the No Community Cats sign), we saw a small black and white cat with what appeared to be progressed infections in both eyes. We're just passing through, and I can't quite identify an active group locally that might help. Just wanted to drop this here in case anyone who takes part in the local cat care might appreciate the alert!
