Cheap Extended Stay Places?

I’m looking to get an extended stay hotel due to my living situation. I moved here with my mom and she didn’t tell me she was living with termites

I have complained to her multiple times about it and she brushes it off as “normal” and I can’t go to management because I’m not on the lease

I going to move out but I’m looking for an affordable extended stay place that’s clean, no pest and safe

I don’t know much about Florida since I just moved here any recommendations?
