Car Shows/Car Meets

I've been living in fort Lauderdale for about 2 years now and I've been living under a rock. What are some good car meets/shows or cars and coffee spots or accounts to follow?

My car is currently in the shop but when I get it back during the summer I want to be out and checking out the local scene. I'm A JDM fan so anything JDM or general would be awesome but if it's primarily American or European/Exotic out here then I guess I'd still try to get out there.
