Best way to get around outside of driving?

Hi, I’m here for the day on a layover. I want to get around and explore, usually on these layovers I pick a lime scooter or some other rentable option to get me around. Looks like the city has banned Lime scooters?

I don’t want to be sitting in the car paying for Ubers back and forth all day. How should I get around?

I’m staying near the airport, so any beach is over an hour walk away. It’s doable, but looking for something quicker
