Best places to live for middle aged gay couple in 40s.

We are considering moving from Atlanta. Looking for good areas where we can find a good community. We are not into the party scene or open relationships. No judgment, but it's not our thing. Enjoy pickleball, gym, good music, entertainment, wine and major FOODIES. Our combined income is about $250k and up to $300k.

I should clarify that it doesn't have to be a largely gay community like WM, but a mixed atmosphere where we feel welcome.

Prefer closer to the beach. Probably looking around $1.5M but could probably go up to 2M.
