Best on the beach hotel in FL

2 days ago 11

Hi, my gf and I are visiting FL for 4 nights. We've stayed at the Beachcomber before and want something like that ut perhaps a little bit closer to Lauderdale by Sea / Las Olas / Hollywood broadwalk. We want a pool in case the sea is too rough like it was at the Beachcomber one of the days. And my gf really wants to be on the beach not one where you have to cross a road etc. unless it's a totally private direct beach access road. Any suggestions? We're looking at Plunge, Tides Inn (doesn't have a restaurant), Windjammer (seems very few recent reviews), Sun Tower (seems a bit removed from walkable restaurants/bars, etc, and Premier Inn (great reviews but have to cross a road - different vibe to being on your own beach. Thanks in advance!
