Best Non-chain Restaurants Hollywood, FL

My husband and I will be visiting Hollywood, FL, soon. We are staying at Margaritaville for a conference, though we aren't big fans of chain restaurants/hotel food. I'm looking for recommendations for fresh-food, non-chain operations. We like Cuban, Italian, Latino, and Asian foods. Our preference is for food that is fresh and delicious. No mostly seafood or seafood/steak places please. Thanks in advance!
