Apartment Shopping

Planning on moving back to FTL after a couple years out of state. I've been considering the Regatta on the new River. I like the location a lot and being steps away from Riverwalk is a big plus but I've read some disappointing reviews online. Open to suggestions for similar properties to look at. I'd like to keep the rent below $3500.
