Apartment Recommendations (North Fort Lauderdale - Delray)

Looking to see if anyone has any recommendations on apartments. Late 20’s couple looking for something close to the ICW. We have a 40lb dog who’s friendly but shy. Minimum of 1 bedroom (no Studio’s), 2 bed would be nice but fully expecting a 1 bed. Only other real must have would be washer/dryer in unit. Would strongly prefer 700+ sqft, a balcony, and a pool.

There’s a couple places in Pompano that I’m leaning towards but thought I’d see if anyone may have some additional input.
