Apartment help

I know this has been asked but I am looking for the most recent reviews!

I am moving in about 3 months to a 1/1 apartment. My current building contenders are the Pearl, Quantum, EON, and Regatta at New River south tower. I would love pros and cons from people who live in these buildings! Also, if you have had success negotiating down move in fees or parking fees. TIA!
