Anyone worked with a personal injury lawyer after a car accident in Fort Lauderdale?

Got rear-ended a couple weeks ago in Fort Lauderdale. I’ve been dealing with a lot of back and forth with the insurance company and starting to feel like they’re not really looking out for me.

Not sure if it’s too early or overkill to talk to a lawyer. Has anyone here been through something similar? Did having a lawyer actually help?
