Anyone live at Forest Ridge in Davie?

Hello. I see that the community is right on the path to the airport. Seems like a nice place to buy a house but I'm concerned that there would be unbearable noise from planes. I'm not overly sensitive to noise from planes but, from what I could gather doing some web searches, some people are really bothered by it. If you live, have lived, or have visited Forest Ridge, how often did you hear planes flying overhead and how loud were they? Thanks!
