Specifically jazz. I'm not interested in taking lessons in other styles atm.
I'm an adult self-taught guitar player. I can read standard notation, know 7th chord voicings, and can read a lead sheet to put together a chord melody arrangement. I won't get lost talking theory and actually want to learn more. But like most bedroom players idk how to comp or jam with people in real time (hence my preference for in-person lessons). My goal is to eventually start sitting in on jam sessions.
I can't host but can bring my guitar (I have an arch top and an electric) to the lesson. I'd prefer not to have to bring an amp lol.
If you know of any cats who give lessons in Broward (or even northern Miami if they're really good) please let me know!
