Any Veneto residents here? Hanover? Plus, unexpected likes/dislikes of living downtown.

Is Veneto’s 2-month rent concession a red flag that they're struggling? I've searched this sub and would love any current / past residents to tell me what management won't.

I’m torn between Veneto and Hanover for my downtown move and would love an actual residents reality check:

The Construction Next Door: I actually toured Veneto recently. Up on the 20th floor with the balcony doors closed, I couldn’t really hear the construction on Andare. The pool area definitely wasn't peaceful, but it seemed "ok" and I’d likely only use it after work hours or on Sundays anyway. For those living there: is the noise worse than it seemed? Is the dust a major issue? I know it’s annoying overall, but hard to gauge the extent - seems like they’re done with the major drilling.

The Parking Situation: Google reviews constantly complain about the parking garage being a nightmare. Is it really that bad, or just standard high-rise annoyances?

Hanover Thoughts: Hanover is my other top choice, but it’s so new that there is barely any feedback online, making it super hard to compare. Has anyone moved in yet? How is the management?

For everyone else living downtown:

Even if you don't live in Veneto or Hanover, I'd love to hear your take on the scene. This would be my first time living in this area. What are your likes / dislikes? Any other recommendations or things to watch out for.

Thanks in advance for the local insight!
