I need to get my elderly dad into a 55+ but by design they are ALL cash only and I’m short 60k. Does anyone know anyone that does person to person private loans? OR anyone selling any 55+ co-op or condos doing owner financing let me know please? I can do a 5 yr-7yr loan. TIA.
